Can I have my dessert box or cupcakes delivered at a certain time
Our delivery hours are between 9.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Although we would love to cater to specific time frames, we are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time. Please feel free to message us with your preferred times following an order and we will endeavour to achieve this should our schedule permit.
Custom Cupcake / Dessert Boxes
Our main range of cupcakes and desserts are listed on our online shop. If you have any specific events / ideas in mind we are more than happy to discuss these and provide a personalised quote. Note that custom orders will require several days of notice to proceed.
We offer custom cakes for weddings, birthdays and all other special occasions in your life! We would love to discuss your ideas and to generate a personalized quote via email firstname.lastname@example.org
We recommend storing dessert boxes and cupcakes in the fridge for extended freshness of these products.
The recipient is not home on delivery and drop-off was not possible due to lack of access or lack of a safe space for the order to be left (e.g apartment building, high fencing)
On arrival, we will call the recipient using the contact number provided. If we are unable to make contact to confirm where they would like the gift left and we see no suitable spot to do so, then the order will be returned to our business and a fee of $5 will be required to be paid prior to re-delivery the following day.
How will I know if my gift has been delivered
Once we have made your delivery, an email confirmation will be issued to keep you informed!
Add On Items
Please note that Add on items are not available to purchase on their own, they are only available to order along with a cupcake or dessert box.
At this stage we do not have the capacity to cater to dietary requirements. We would love to do so in the future once it is feasible for us to do so.
