Frequently Asked Questions

We offer delivery every Monday – Friday. Order by 3pm for next day local delivery!

We deliver between 9.00am – 4.30pm every Monday to Friday. We are unable to offer specific time frames / guaranteed slots unfortunately.

If no-one is home when we deliver and there is a safe spot that we are able to leave the order, we wrap your order up in tissue paper, place in the safe spot and then contact via email / text to advise that this has been delivered. From the point of delivery, the receiver accepts responsibility for the order.

If the recipient is not home on delivery and drop-off was not possible due to lack of access or lack of a safe space for the order to be left (e.g apartment building, high fencing, etc.) then we will attempt contact, if an answer is not received in an appropriate time frame to allow us to continue with our deliveries, then the order will be returned to the kitchen and delivery the following day will be discussed for an additional delivery charge.

All dessert boxes that include cookies (or if you select an add-on cookie), will allow you to select from a range of cookie text options at checkout e.g Happy Birthday, Congrats, Happy Anniversary, Sending Love & Cookies, etc. Allowing you to customize boxes to your specific occasion.

For any more advanced customizations please email us to discuss, noting we will do our best where possible to accommodate and recommend allowing several extra days for these types of orders.

Please note that add-on items are not available to purchase on their own, they are only available to order along with a cupcake or dessert box.

At this stage we do not have the capacity to cater to a full selection of dietary requirements. We would love to do so in the future once it is feasible for us to do so. We have however added a Vegan friendly treats box to get things started! 

Please note that items are prepared in a kitchen that also processes nut products.

If you are selecting a date based on the above parameters and still having an issue with selecting your date on the calendar, we may have sold out or have a scheduled break period. If you are uncertain, please contact us via email so we can assist and resolve or confirm next available date with you
